UNIX   - unkempt wild beard, spreading rapidly
Linux  - pubescent male style tache, not really proper facial hair
AIX    - hitler style moustache
HURD   - strange white beard that on closer inspection appears to be frothing
         at the mouth
BeOS   - goatie, that wants to be a real beard but does not pull it off
Win    - it's the hair thats noticeable, as in large clumps pulled out
MAC    - 'trendy' sideburns and some stubble
VMS    - curly version of the UNIX beard, with bits of food left in it for
         later consumption
Haggix - Ginger and incomprehensible
